Mechanical Supplier Quality Engineer

In this role you will drive supplier quality across the supply chain, coordinating development and industrialization with a focus on reliability and compliance. You will support purchasing and R&D to evaluate, qualify, and onboard suppliers while promoting corrective actions for deviations. The position sits at Technogym HQ in Cesena and partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes and identify new technologies for better component performance. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity in a globally expanding wellness company.

• Coordinate development and industrialization of suppliers
• Develop quality documentation for supply control
• Manage supplier time planning until delivery
• Manage supplier qualification process
• Promote corrective actions for deviations
• Support purchasing in evaluating new suppliers
• Support R&D in developing new components/equipment
• Identify new technologies and supply opportunities
• Improve current processes to remove obstacles and defects

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics or other relevant fields
• Background as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, or R&D Engineer
• Knowledge of industrial processes and technologies
• APQP, PPAP
• Experience in automotive, white goods or automatic industries is a plus
• English fluency (min level C1 CEFR)
• Problem solving with 8D, A3 methodologies (6sigma)
• Process auditing experience
