Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage end-to-end bid and proposal activities within the telecommunications sector. The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, developing winning commercial and technical proposals, and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, telecoms domain knowledge, and excellent project management skills to deliver high-quality bids on time and within budget. Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to contract award.
- Lead bid strategy development, including win themes, pricing strategy, and risk assessment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, Supply Chain).
- Develop and manage RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for telecoms solutions (e.g., network rollout, managed services, OSS/BSS, 5G, fiber, IoT).
- Ensure proposals meet technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.
- Create and maintain bid plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Review and approve bid content for quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage bid budgets, approvals, and governance processes.
- Lead customer clarification meetings and internal bid review.
