Cosa farai con noi?
Come Responsabile AI Lead entrerai a far parte di un importante progetto presso un cliente finale in ambito Telco & Media, con l'obiettivo di guidare la definizione e l'implementazione delle strategie di AI Governance e Responsible AI.
Sarai responsabile di garantire che i sistemi di Intelligenza Artificiale siano progettati, sviluppati e utilizzati in modo etico, sicuro, trasparente e conforme alle normative vigenti. Ti occuperai della definizione del framework aziendale di AI Governance, della valutazione dei rischi e degli impatti etici delle soluzioni AI e dell'integrazione dei principi di Responsible AI all'interno del ciclo di sviluppo software.
Collaborerai con team multidisciplinari di Engineering, Product, Data, Privacy e Security per promuovere un approccio strutturato alla governance dell'Intelligenza Artificiale e assicurare la conformità ai principali standard normativi europei.
Competenze richieste
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni in ambito AI Governance, AI Ethics, sviluppo di soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale o discipline affini
- Ottima conoscenza dei principi di Responsible AI e delle tematiche etiche, di privacy e di sicurezza legate all'Intelligenza Artificiale
- Conoscenza approfondita del GDPR, dell'EU AI Act e della normativa emergente in materia di AI
- Esperienza nella definizione e implementazione di framework di AI Governance
- Esperienza nella collaborazione con team di Engineering, Product, Data, Privacy e Security
- Capacità di integrare controlli di Responsible AI nei processi di sviluppo software (AI-enabled SDLC)
- Ottime capacità di analisi, comunicazione e gestione degli stakeholder
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2-C1)
