As Category Finance Manager, you drive financial leadership for confectionery innovation and growth. You partner with cross-functional teams to shape the business case for new products, ensuring rigorous financials and strategic alignment. You own data assembly, modeling, and KPI tracking to enable fast, informed decisions. You continuously improve ways of working and contribute to a high-performing finance function, with a clear impact on category value and long-term growth.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead end-to-end innovation finance, from concept through launch and post-evaluation with Growth Platforms & Confectionery teams
- Develop robust financial models, scenario analyses, and commercial assessments for new product development and strategic initiatives
- Challenge assumptions and shape innovation strategy to ensure long-term value
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities, risks, and opportunities, translating financials for decision-makers
- Develop and govern business cases that are financially sound and strategically aligned
- Prioritize the innovation pipeline through value analysis and portfolio optimization
- Track performance from pre-launch KPIs to post-launch ROI and extract learnings
- Contribute to governance, processes, and tools to accelerate speed, accuracy, and accountability
- Support senior leaders with insights to guide strategy and decision-making
- Foster continuous improvement within the finance function and promote talent development
- Significant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or strategic finance
- Experience in product innovation, portfolio management, or commercial strategy is highly desirable
- Excellent communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
- High commercial acumen, analytical strength, and strategic mindset
- Proactive, curious, and passionate about turning ideas into measurable business value
