On-Site IT Support Specialist - Windows, Mac & Networking

BCIC Swiss in Italy is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level support for customer issues. You will work closely with third-party vendors on complex AV issues and handle ticket updates for reported incidents.
The ideal candidate should have several years of IT experience, must hold a valid work permit in Italy, and possess troubleshooting skills in both Windows and macOS environments.
