JUNIOR MEDICAL REVIEWER - Home-based
The position involves performing the role of Medical Reviewer to carry out the medical and scientific review and evaluation of promotional and non-promotional materials on a global scale.
The purpose of the position is to ensure that all approved content is scientifically accurate and compliant with company guidelines, industry codes of practice, and regulatory standards; to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal, supporting the Medical Affairs department in literature searches and clinical data verification, operating in full compliance with legislation, national regulations, Farmindustria standards, and corporate policies.
Requirements:
Advanced degree: Pharmacy (highly preferred), Medicine, or other suitable Life Sciences-related degree. A PhD will be highly valued.
Minimal experience (1-2 years) or no experience in medical review within a pharmaceutical company.
Excellent written and oral proficiency in English (C1 level required) and great familiarity with IT tools.
We offer a fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months with the possibility of renewal. Category: Employee (Impiegato). Classification level C1, Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry CCNL. Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of €36,000. Work mode: Home-based (Remote).
Responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform accurate medical and scientific review of promotional and educational company materials at a global level.
• Understand and manage regulatory guidelines, with the goal of ensuring maximum compliance of scientific texts.
• Verify the accuracy of the cited clinical data, in alignment with company directives and industry codes.
• Develop and implement control processes in collaboration with the Manager, focusing on quality and scientific compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships and teamwork with internal partners (Marketing, Legal, Regulatory).
• Represent the company's image effectively, professionally, ethically, and in compliance with laws and policies.
• Demonstrate, through the analysis of scientific literature, a deep knowledge of the therapeutic areas of reference for the company portfolio.
