Field Clinical Specialist Graduate Interventional Cardiology – Milan (Floating)

Location: Milan, Italy (floating – requires daily travel throughout Italy or Europe).
This position is part of the Interventional Cardiology Graduate Foundation Training Program and will be offered a 12‑month fixed‑term contract beginning October 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
• Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
• Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting.
• Interact with healthcare professionals and patients during clinical interventions.
• Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians.
• Educate clinicians on a product franchise.
• Commercially promote a product franchise.
• Contribute to the preparation and production of presentations and reports using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.
• Maintain a professional and personable conduct at all times as a full‑time member of staff, complying with Boston Scientific rules, regulations and confidentiality policies.

Profile Requirements

• Recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2025/2026) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of heart/cardiology.
• Fluency in English and Italian (C1).
• Strong planning, time‑management, communication and presentation skills.
• Completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
• Computer/technically savvy.
• Desire to learn, be coached and develop within a commercial setting.
• Willingness to travel across Italy or Europe and be away for up to a week at a time.
• Current driving licence.

The recruitment process will include a telephone interview followed by a virtual assessment interview for selected candidates.
