You will join Google's Large Customer Sales team as a Junior Digital Activation Lead. In this hybrid, entry-level role you learn to connect business analysis, client relationships, and direct media campaign support while building expert knowledge of DV360 and GMP. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to drive campaign success, platform optimization, and client satisfaction for a diverse portfolio. This role offers the chance to influence how advertisers grow with Google’s advertising solutions and to develop in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits
  • Identify strategic opportunities with senior leads and promote Google DV360 adoption across LCS clients and agencies
  • Build trusted client partnerships by translating media objectives into actionable goals
  • Analyze client data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and support commercial strategies
  • Coordinate with internal Sales, Product, gTech, and Go-To-Market teams for campaign enablement and execution
  • Contribute to cross‑functional workstreams ensuring timely delivery and proactive stakeholder communication
Responsabilità
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles
  • Experience working with digital organizations
  • Fluent in English and Italian
