You will join Google's Large Customer Sales team as a Junior Digital Activation Lead. In this hybrid, entry-level role you learn to connect business analysis, client relationships, and direct media campaign support while building expert knowledge of DV360 and GMP. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to drive campaign success, platform optimization, and client satisfaction for a diverse portfolio. This role offers the chance to influence how advertisers grow with Google’s advertising solutions and to develop in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

- Contribute to cross‑functional workstreams ensuring timely delivery and proactive stakeholder communication
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles
- Experience working with digital organizations
- Fluent in English and Italian
