Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking a dynamic and creative
Marketing Manager
to lead the development and execution of both traditional and digital communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing planCoordinate all marketing activities to generate leadsCollaborate with other teams to promote offeringsInform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategiesTrack performance of all marketing campaignsManage relationships with local PR agencies and Hyatt’s international PR networkOrganize press events, seasonal activations, and special hotel eventsRepresent the hotel at local, media, and partner eventsEnsure Hyatt Centric brand standards are applied across all hotel collateralCoordinate with graphic agencies and creative suppliersSupport the Sales team with presentations and promotional material
QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role within hospitality or lifestyle brandsStrong knowledge of integrated communication strategies and digital platformsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and results-driven approach
