Responsibilities

• All-rounder and multitasking talent, first point of contact for guests to make them feel at home from the very first moment to the last drink.
• Support guests with the self-check-in process and take on additional front desk responsibilities.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and delicious snacks with skillful moves, ensuring smooth and seamless service.
• Lovingly take care of our breakfast buffet in the morning and wow our guests with barista skills.
• Roll up your sleeves for goods receiving, inspection, and storage, keeping an eye on perfect mise-en-place according to our setups and standards.
• Share insider tips with guests, pointing them to the best hotspots in the city.

Qualifications

• Ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry; flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliability, multitasking and willingness to learn among strengths.
• Empathetic with others and loves sharing enthusiasm with those around.
• A great sense of humour, enjoys working in a team, and loves interacting with guests.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
