Entrando in Accenture Supply Chain & Engineering lavorerai al cuore della value chain - dal sourcing e procurement, all’engineering e R&D, dalla manifattura e operations, ai capital projects - per aiutare le aziende a reinventare l’intera catena del valore, alimentata da dati, AI e tecnologie di nuova generazione.
In particolare, lavorerai su progetti di implementazione tecnologica e trasformazione digitale su larga scala, traducendo esigenze di business in software scalabili ad alto impatto operativo, integrando sviluppo software , ingegneria industriale , architettura tecnologica e site reliability , end-to-end.
Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
- Contribuire allo sviluppo e all’implementazione di soluzioni Generative AI e Agentic AI, dalla prototipazione alla produzione, lavorando insieme a team tecnici esperti
- Sviluppare applicazioni e workflow basati su LLM, RAG, tool/function calling e agenti, integrandoli con API, dati e servizi applicativi
- Applicare buone pratiche di software engineering, testing, versioning e CI/CD e utilizzare strumenti AI-assisted development per accelerare sviluppo, test e refactoring
- Partecipare a design review, code review e momenti di knowledge sharing, imparando da colleghi più senior e contribuendo progressivamente alla crescita della capability
- Costruire una specializzazione solida in un’area in rapida evoluzione, mantenendoti aggiornato su nuovi modelli, framework, pattern e strumenti
La retribuzione prevista in Accenture viene definita sulla base di molteplici elementi di valutazione, tra cui – ad esempio – il ruolo ricoperto, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze professionali e l’esperienza maturata. Per la presente posizione, è prevista l’applicazione del CCNL Metalmeccanico, con uno tra i seguenti livelli di inquadramento e corrispondente fascia di retribuzione annua lorda:
C3 28.748,59 € e 34,600 €
B1 30.814,29 € e 40,800 €
Le tue caratteristiche
- 1-2 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software, Data & AI o ambiti affini; per i profili più junior valutiamo anche esperienze progettuali significative maturate durante studi, stage o progetti personali
- Buona conoscenza di almeno un linguaggio di programmazione moderno, ad esempio Python, Java, C# o TypeScript
- Interesse concreto per Generative AI e Agentic AI; costituisce un plus aver già lavorato con LLM, RAG, agenti o applicazioni AI
- Conoscenza di base di API, Git, testing e principali pratiche di sviluppo software
- Curiosità tecnologica, voglia di imparare, problem solving e attitudine a lavorare in team
- Inglese fluente
Nice to have
- Esperienza con framework come LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel o equivalenti
- Familiarità con Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, Anthropic o altre piattaforme AI e cloud
- Esperienza o interesse per Industry X, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering o asset operations
