You will build a strong understanding of Novo Nordisk customers, including public healthcare structures and private customers, to support effective follow-up actions and maintain financial control in line with internal standards and applicable requirements. /p pDay-to-day, your tasks will include: /p ul liMonitoring Trade Receivable balances and following up on overdue or open customer items /li liAnalysing customer balances, payment trends and merit ratings to identify potential credit risks /li liBuilding in-depth knowledge of customers to support effective and compliant receivables follow-up /li liManaging contact with public healthcare structures and private customers to facilitate timely settlement of customer balances /li liCoordinating with the GBS team and internal Finance colleagues to resolve receivable-related issues /li liPreparing updates and reports on receivables status, credit exposure, customer balances and key risks /li liSupporting process improvements in receivables monitoring, customer follow-up and credit risk prevention activities /li liSuppling electronic invoicing management /li liProviding insights and data to external and internal auditors /li liManaging Statutory Financial Statements and Group Reporting /li /ul h3Your new department /h3 pAs part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. You are structured, persistent and diplomatic, with the ability to follow up on complex topics while maintaining strong working relationships. /p pTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have: /p ul liA university degree in Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field /li liAt least 3 years of experience in accounting, credit collection, Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role, ideally in a multinational company /li liStrong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes, customer balance monitoring and credit risk prevention /li liExperience interacting with public or private customers, healthcare structures, private customers or similar external stakeholders /li liGood knowledge of accounting controls, reporting processes and financial documentation /li liStrong communication skills, with fluency in Italian and English /li liPrevious experience within the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage /li /ul pYou will succeed in this role if you enjoy combining financial accuracy with stakeholder interaction.You are proactive, accountable and able to work across internal and external stakeholders to solve issues, improve processes and support timely collection. /p h3Working at Novo Nordisk /h3 pEvery day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
