In this role you drive value for clients by managing and growing strategic relationships across assigned accounts. You own the account lifecycle, focusing on land, expansion, and renewals while collaborating with partners to deliver measurable outcomes. You use our sales tools to manage opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts and act as the primary contact to ensure open communication and high client satisfaction. You will identify client needs, promote relevant services, and drive revenue growth, while supporting governance and financial compliance within your area.Retribuzione / Benefits

Responsabilità
  • Advanced experience in global partner management, sales environments, and customer service
  • Experience in IT or professional services with focus on business development or sales
  • Strong business acumen in sales and data-driven planning
  • Knowledge of company offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends
  • Ability to link high-value services to client outcomes
  • Experience identifying and advancing opportunities and coordinating internal/external resources
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.Com
  • Bachelor in Business
