on.The role is critical to ensu re packaging availability, cost efficiency, and operational continu ity, acting as a key interface betwe en Engineering, Plants, Purchasing, and Suppli e
rs.This position combin es strategic planning, financial ownership, and operational execut ion in a highly dynamic and cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Lead and coordina te a European cross-functional team to define and consolidate packaging requirements for new vehicle programs and serial produvction
- Ensure alignment bet ween project planning, industrial constraints, and packaging availability
Asset & Cost Management
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimi zation for packaging assets (CAPEX & OPEX)
- Support financial analysis linked to investments, rental strategies, and logistics flows
Sourcing & Industrialization
- Partner with Purchasing during RFQ processes:
- Define technical specifications
- Validate industrial feasibility and delivery timelines
- Contribute to make-or-buy and standardization strategies
Packaging Lifecycle Management
- Oversee packaging asset lifecycle:
- Deployment
- Maintenance & repair
- Recovery & reuse
- Scrap optimization
Performance & KPI Management
- Monitor stock levels, asset utilization, and operational KPIs
- Implement action plans to ensure production continuity and logistics efficiency
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Lead resolution of:
- Packaging shortages
- Delivery delays
- Operational disruptions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the network
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Packaging Management
- Experience in automotive or industrial environment is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Solid knowledge of logistics flows, inventory management, and cost structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced preferred)
Languages
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- French is a plus

Offer
Salary range: from €36.000 to €42.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area
