Oversee the performance and organization of all storesCoordinate with Area Managers and store teamsManage the relationship with the labour consultantSupport recruitment and people managementImprove processes and operational efficiencyEnsure projects and initiatives are executed successfullyIdentify problems and solve them quicklyHelp build the systems and structure needed for Gondolina's growth
