In our Operations Team we emphasizeinnovation, passion for technology, lean production methodologies and design for manufacturing so as to be on the cutting edge. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliDesign and implement equipments for assembly process /liliDefine specifications, validate concept and project /liliCoordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progresses /liliDefine and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs; /liliNew products start up; /liliImprove and define new technical standards; /liliDevelop and coordinate a reliable and fast supply network, /liliBring innovation /li /ulh3About You /h3pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical with a strong team-player mindset. /ppWhat you should bring: /pulliTechnical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering (preferred) /liliKnowledge of mechanical drawing and 3D Cad systems, preferably Creo and Windchill /lili3-5 years of previous experience in assembly, carpentry and machining process /liliKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoke, FMEA, SMED, DMAIC process) /liliAvailable for business trips to subsidiaries and suppliers /liliEnglish fluency (minimum level required B2 CEFR) /liliStrong practical sense and problem solving skills /liliBasic knowledge of ergonomics principles /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office Package (in particular Excel) /liliNice to have:Experience in development of semi-automated assembly machine following the projects, from the specifications to the production start-up /li /ulh3Compensation Data /h3pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
