What You'll Do

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet W and Marriott luxury standards.
• Conduct room inspections with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for exceptional presentation.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to ensure rooms are guest-ready and operational issues are resolved efficiently.
• Monitor room status, manage discrepancies, and prioritize cleaning activities to optimize the guest experience.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development of the housekeeping team.
• Create a positive and motivating environment where associates feel empowered to grow and succeed.
• Champion safety, security, and sustainability standards while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, personality, and genuine hospitality, turning moments into memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Housekeeping or a related hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
