Solution Consultant

Overview

As a Solutions Consultant, you guide customers through their security transformation, defining technical solutions and ensuring value realization from Palo Alto Networks investments. You will lead technically and collaborate across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialists to drive adoption and business impact. You'll evangelize PANW's leadership across on-prem, cloud, and security operations, helping customers realize faster value. This role blends strategic account planning with hands-on solution design in a remote, cross-geography team.

Responsabilità

• Develop and implement strategic, technical account plans targeting cross-platform PANW solutions
• Understand customer requirements and articulate high-level designs across PANW portfolio to create business value
• Drive adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform and improve customer productivity, security, and flexibility
• Conduct discovery to capture key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialists for successful implementation and adoption
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure technical wins in opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to present a cohesive strategy (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support)
• Promote end-to-end solutions including services to accelerate value realization
• Differentiate PANW's leadership against competitors and articulate the solution's unique value
• Continually develop technical and professional skills and participate in Solutions Consultant community and events
• Identify technical stakeholders and build a security-architecture transformation roadmap

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering
• Experience in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that address technical challenges and influence new initiatives (preferred)
• Ability to influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders; pre-sales experience ideal
• Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, or validation engagements
• Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation technologies
• Experience partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Experience in complex, multi-product sales with long cycles (preferred)
