In this role, you help clients and the firm tackle complex transformation and digitisation programs. You will lead customer‑centric transformation efforts, leveraging data and analytics to map and improve the customer lifecycle. You’ll shape strategies across digital and traditional channels and drive actionable plans. - Define market sizing, trends, opportunities and threats in the Customer & Digital space
- Benchmark competitors and identify differentiating opportunities in Customer & Digital
- Analyze and segment customers to uncover needs and map the Customer Journey
- Identify moments of truth, pain points, and opportunities to delight in the customer journey
- Assess Voice of the Customer and close feedback loops
- Evaluate digital marketing channel performance across the journey
- Develop evolutionary Customer strategy and prioritise initiatives with a detailed action plan
- Re‑engineer digital processes and set up a change roadmap
- Define channel strategies based on Data & Analytics approaches (Social, Digital, Mobile)
- Design and implement innovative customer experience scorecards
- Launch new digital initiatives and quantify e‑commerce growth potential
- Evaluate costs and revenue impacts for suggested actions and prepare a detailed Business Plan
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing
- Strong quantitative skills with numbers and big data
- Solid academic background
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
- Excellent English, study or work experience abroad preferred
