Responsabilità

• Support corporate M&A transactions and due diligence processes
• Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
• Coordinate with international teams and clients
• Contribute to deal analysis and risk assessment
• Participate in training programs and professional development
• Support senior associates on complex negotiations

Requisiti fondamentali

• 1–2 years PQE in Corporate M&A in a comparable law firm
• Licensed to practice law in Italy
• Italian Law Degree (minimum 105/110)
• High level of English (C1)
• Vocation and motivation for practicing law
