This position is responsible for European pet food product development projects. Initially approx 80% for projects servicing the Hill’s Desenzano plant. The individual in this position is responsible for pet food development projects and maintenance of existing pet food formulations, both within Hill’s as well as Co-Manufacturing plants. Part of the job responsibility is development and maintenance of pet food ingredient specifications, the execution of Funding the Growth projects as well as supporting European Supply Chain / Sourcing initiatives relative to Quality / Sourcing or Production related projects ( for example qualification of alternative raw material suppliers). Consumer and Competitive Insight /p h3Expected Gross Annual Salary Range: /h3 p€44.000 ─ €49.000 gross per year /p pThis position is offered under a permanent employment contract. The role is governed by the applicable bItalian National Collective Bargaining Agreement (“CCNL”) /b (Contratto Alimentari Industria), including the relevant job classification and economic provisions applicable to the position.
