ppAs a Senior Backend Engineer you will design and develop the backend and core platform for an incident‑automation solution that enables Alpitronic to detect charger issues early, trigger reliable automated remediation, and scale autonomous operations across a rapidly growing network. You will evolve today’s automation logic into a robust, maintainable, and scalable product platform by strengthening system architecture, workflow reliability, integrations, and observability. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and implement backend services for an incident‑automation platform, including telemetry processing, orchestration, workflow execution, case/ticket integrations, and platform APIs /li liEvolve the current architecture from tightly coupled workflows and database‑driven logic to a modular, event‑driven, and scalable backend platform /li liBuild and maintain reliable integrations with charger telemetry, ticketing/case systems, service workflows, and customer‑facing product components /li liImprove workflow reliability, idempotency, retry mechanisms, state management, error handling, and auditability across automated playbooks /li liCollaborate with product, service, RD, and data engineering teams to translate operational playbooks into maintainable backend capabilities /li liContribute to technical decisions on rules/policy handling, workflow orchestration, context modeling, observability, and system scalability /li liSupport the implementation of secure, governed, and monitorable AI/agent‑based backend capabilities where appropriate /li liHelp define engineering standards, testing strategies, deployment patterns, and the long‑term backend architecture /li /ul h3Your Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience /li liSignificant backend engineering experience in production systems /li liStrong proficiency in C# / .NET and in designing distributed backend services and cloud‑based APIs /li liExperience with event‑driven architectures, message queues, async processing, and workflow/state management /li liSolid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and familiarity with time‑series, event, or document data models /li liExperience with system integration, observability, logging, tracing, and operational monitoring /li liHands‑on experience with Docker, CI/CD, and modern cloud deployment practices; AWS; exposure to workflow/orchestration engines, rules engines, or complex backend automation and experience in IoT, industrial, fleet, or other operationally critical environments are considered a plus /li liStrong systems thinking, architectural judgment, and pragmatic problem‑solving mindset /li liAbility to balance speed, maintainability, and reliability, with clear communication across technical and non‑technical teams /li liOwnership mentality, ability to drive topics independently, and comfort working in ambiguity /li liCollaborative attitude and willingness to challenge assumptions constructively /li liFluent English; German and/or Italian is a plus /li /ul h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh‑tech projects in the future‑proof sector of e‑mobility /li liOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liAttractive bonus system and performance‑related pay /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
