Field Account Manager – AFH Channel, Lazio
Ferrarelle SpA is looking for a Field Account Manager for the AFH channel in Lazio. The role reports to the Region Manager Centro and is responsible for achieving volume and revenue targets and acquiring new sales outlets within the assigned geographic area.
Responsibilities
- Manage sell‑in and sell‑out activities across the assigned territory.
- Conduct visits to indirect customers as scheduled by company tools; plan and visit direct and prospective indirect customers independently.
- Present commercial offers, leveraging trade‑marketing tools within company guidelines and budget.
- Close positioning agreements with point‑of‑sale in collaboration with the wholesaler.
- Maintain professional relationships with wholesale sellers to meet set objectives.
- Monitor proper use of company coolers on assigned customers following placement guidelines.
- Develop, propose and get approval for an annual commercial plan for assigned customers and monitor its progress.
- Perform monthly forecasting for each managed customer.
- Enter data and produce commercial reports on the internal information system.
- Identify new opportunities and potential risks in the territory.
- Track customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Collect orders from customers and forward them via the internal system to Customer Services.
- Coordinate delivery requests with Customer Services.
- Ensure compliance with Ferrarelle material regulations.
- When required, oversee commercial events sponsored by the company within the territory.
Ideal Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the beverage sector for the relevant market.
- Dynamic, autonomous, result‑oriented.
- Strong relational skills.
- Good negotiation abilities.
- Valid B driving license.
