In this role you integrate Voice Core technologies within Vodafone-managed networks, guiding designs from planning to deployment. You work to ensure in-service performance aligns with design intent, across 2G/3G/4G/5G core functions, signaling, IP multimedia, and mobile switching elements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable voice services, and you contribute to harmonizing operations across countries. • Oversee detailed planning, low-level design, configuration and integration with mobile and fixed operators
• Manage lifecycle of systems within the Voice Core domain
• Ensure hardware and software acceptance in the network per requirements
• Conduct integration testing of new technologies and services with suppliers and internal teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality as Voice Core lead domain
• Ensure end-to-end performance targets and interconnect quality across networks

Responsabilità

• Degree qualified
• Fluent in Italian and English (at least B2)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in telecommunications
• Expertise in core mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G)
• Knowledge of telecommunication principles and protocols
• Experience with network virtualization and containerization (preferred)
• Understanding of routing, switching, IPv4/IPv6
• Ability to design telecommunications networks and collaborate cross-functionally
