We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support data analysis, planning, and monitoring of key indicators, contributing to the generation of insights to support decision-making processes.

The intern will work closely with various stakeholders, providing structured analyses and supporting cross-functional initiatives in an international environment.

During your internship, you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts , including related monitoring and reporting activities
  
• Perform periodic analyses on organizational data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities
  
• Develop reporting and analytical tools , including dashboards and models to support decision-making processes
  
• Prepare regular reports on metrics and KPIs , ensuring accuracy and clarity in data presentation
  
• Support the creation of presentations for stakeholders and management
  
• Manage and update data within information systems, ensuring data quality and reliability
  
• Support the execution of ad hoc projects related to Functions , aimed at supporting strategic and operational decisions
  
• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
  
• Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
  
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
  

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics (preferred) ; alternatively: Data Analysis, Computer Science, Human-Machine Interaction .
  
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Good knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, pivot tables)
  
• Motivation to learn and work with large datasets.
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with different internal stakeholders.
  
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly. The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate's academic status and their distance from the workplace.
