This is a hands‑on position, close to the production area, ideal for someone with a solid quality background and a strong interest in continuous improvement. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ulliMonitor quality KPIs, scrap trends and recurring defects to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. /liliDefine and follow up corrective and preventive actions to improve product conformity and process reliability. /liliSupport the stabilization and improvement of production processes, working closely with Production and Quality teams. /liliManage quality deviations and critical issues, contributing to risk assessments and recovery plans when needed. /liliPromote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, optimizing processes and improving quality results. /liliContribute to cross‑functional projects, audits and the implementation of quality standards within the production area. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ulliDegree in Engineering or equivalent technical background. /liliPrevious experience in quality, quality engineering or production quality within an industrial/manufacturing environment. /liliGood knowledge of quality KPIs, root cause analysis, process improvement and corrective actions. /liliAnalytical and structured approach, with the ability to turn data and problems into practical improvement actions. /liliProactive mindset, curiosity and willingness to work closely with production teams in a dynamic environment. /li /ul h3What’s In It For You /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
