Technical Developer - AI, Software & Systems

Acustica Audio is expanding its technical team

We are looking for a Technical Developer – AI, Software & Systems , at either Junior or Senior level , to join our team in Lodi, Italy .

We are seeking a developer with a strong technical mindset, curiosity, problem-solving skills, and an interest in working across different areas within an international company specializing in professional audio software.

Candidates do not necessarily need to have previous experience in audio software development. We are open to both experienced professionals and junior profiles with strong growth potential, provided they are motivated to learn, take responsibility, and contribute to a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

The selected candidate will progressively be involved in:

• using and coordinating AI-powered tools, LLMs, and agents;

• developing and integrating internal applications and tools;

• programming, automation, testing, and technical validation;

• system administration, networking, and infrastructure-related activities;

• supporting the team in solving technical issues;

• improving and automating internal workflows and company processes;

• contributing to software projects, including potential applications in audio and music technology.

• a technical background and programming experience appropriate to the candidate’s level;

• familiarity with one or more languages or technologies such as Python, C, C++, JavaScript, or web development frameworks;

• a genuine interest in AI, LLMs, autonomous agents, and AI-assisted development tools;

• the ability to approach technical challenges beyond a single area of specialization;

• good technical English skills;

• a collaborative mindset, reliability, autonomy, and a strong willingness to learn.

For senior candidates, proven experience in software development, systems integration, automation, or infrastructure management will be considered an important advantage.

For junior candidates, we particularly value curiosity, personal projects, adaptability, and the ability to learn quickly.

An interest in audio, music, or music technology is a plus, but the position will not be exclusively focused on audio programming.

• Employment terms and compensation: a gross annual salary ranging from €25,000 to €35,000 , based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, seniority, and level of responsibility.

• Working model: the position is primarily based at our Lodi office , with partial remote working potentially available depending on the role and the level of autonomy achieved.

Work location: Lodi, Italy

On-site presence is an important requirement, especially during the initial onboarding, training, and integration period. For this reason, preference will be given to candidates who live in or near Lodi, or who can regularly commute to our office.
