In this role you will manage certification projects for wiring devices and circuit protection, collaborating with an international team to deliver high-quality results. You support UL’s safety mission by applying test programs and UL requirements to ensure compliant products for clients. You will interact with customers, prepare technical documents, and may travel to client sites to witness tests. This position combines hands‑on testing with client‑facing responsibilities and cross‑functional teamwork to drive timely, reliable certification outcomes.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Manage certification projects for Wiring Devices and Circuit Protection products to ensure on-time delivery and quality
- Examine samples for UL compliance and communicate gaps or scope changes to clients
- Define project scope and develop preliminary investigation plans
- Establish test programs by reviewing files, manufacturer data, samples, and UL requirements
- Assist in resolving engineering issues related to safety, quality, capability, capacity, speed or cost
- Prepare datasheets, test instructions, and descriptive reports
- Communicate results and timelines to clients; travel to client sites to conduct or witness tests as needed
- Provide status updates and results through reports and client contacts
- University degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- English language skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills and strong client focus
- Experience with Electrical Test Equipment
- Experience with Testing and Certification services would be a strong asset
- Knowledge about electrical industrial products
- 3–5 years of related work experience as alternative to degree
- annual salary 30.900 - 41.100 EUR gross (Italy)
