Approximately one year after joining the company, the candidate will be permanently assigned to the project site. /p pThe position involves coordinating and supervising maritime engineering activities related to the Messina Bridge project, ensuring the correct planning, validation, and technical integration of design and construction solutions. /p h3Main activities /h3 ul liDefinition and evaluation of design solutions for the project's maritime works; /li liAnalysis of technical critical issues and proposal of improvement solutions; /li liCoordination with engineering teams, external designers, and specialist suppliers; /li liPeriodic inspections of the areas affected by the temporary and permanent works; /li liSupport to Technical Coordinators in the preparation of technical bids and the definition of construction methods; /li liAssistance to technical services and the Project Management in the verification of the executive design and the management of any variations; /li liReporting and capitalization of the technical know-how gained. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in civil engineering, Hydraulics (Maritime specialization), or Geotechnical Engineering for at least 13 years; /li li10–15 years of experience in the maritime sector (design or construction); /li liKnowledge of construction techniques, planning, and site supervision; /li liFamiliarity with bathymetric and topographic surveys; /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian and fluent English; /li liProficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat. /li liLeadership and excellent interpersonal skills; /li liAptitude for teamwork and results-oriented mindset; /li liAutonomy, technical rigor, and problem-solving skills. /li /ul h3Contractual and economic conditions /h3 pEmployment contractual level and applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Quadro – CCNL per i dipendenti delle imprese edili e affinibr/Annual gross salary range, including complementaryand/or variable components: €75,000 – €100,000br/The final package will be determined based on an assessment of the candidate’s profile, taking into account their professional experience and their technical and soft skills, in line with the organizational context and the company’s objectives. /p pWebuildis an Equal Opportunity Employer.
