pThe Senior Property Underwriter will join the Property team and play a key role in underwriting Major Accounts and complex Multinational deals. This is a senior, fully independent underwriting role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop profitable business through broker relationships and multinational programs. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliUndewrite, as New Business and as Renewals, Major Accounts and complex Multinational deals /liliUnderwrite New Business opportunities with a focus on profitable growth. /liliApply strong technical underwriting judgment to assess risk, pricing, and terms. /liliSupport and develop Multinational programs with a high level of technical proficiency. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers to generate new business opportunities. /liliContribute to the expansion of the Property portfolio through market engagement and relationship development. /liliWork independently while collaborating closely with the wider Property team. /liliEnsure underwriting decisions align with company guidelines, risk appetite, and profitability objectives. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of underwriting experience, ideally with international peers or in a multinational environment. /liliProven ability to generate new business and develop broker relationships. /liliStrong technical underwriting skills in Property lines. /liliSolid experience managing Multinational programs. /liliAbility to handle complex accounts with autonomy and sound judgment. /liliCommercial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ullibApplicable CBA: /b CCNL ANIA /lilibContract type: /b Permanent (full time) /lilibMinimum annual gross salary: /b €32,212.60 /lilibBenefits: /b Offered in line with the category /li /ulp------------------- /pulliOur bcore values /b—Integrity, Client Focus, Respect, Excellence, and Teamwork—guide how we live and work.
