40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

MSX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic  Technical Helpdesk Agent  to join our team.

As a Technical Helpdesk Agent, you will provide first-line technical support to the dealer network, helping resolve vehicle-related technical issues and ensuring excellent service levels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

 Providing technical support to dealers via phone and ticketing systems
 Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle-related technical issues
 Escalating complex cases when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up
 Collaborating with internal technical teams and stakeholders
 Supporting dealers in identifying effective solutions and best practices
 Maintaining high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
 Participating in technical training and continuous learning activities

Qualifications

We are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

You will also have:

 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
 Fluent Italian and good English language skills (B2 level or above)
 Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and internal combustion engines
 Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
 Excellent communication and customer service skills
 Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Familiarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applications
 Previous experience in automotive technical support, workshop environments, or aftersales activities is an advantage
 Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
