What you’ll be doing
As our Head of Wealth Operations, you’ll play a key role in operationalizing and scaling the delivery of our B2B wealth coaching service, ensuring quality, efficiency, and growth.
This is an opportunity to lead within a high‑growth, constantly evolving environment – a challenge perfectly suited for an executive ready to navigate and shape change at scale and contribute to something bigger. In this role, embodying ownership and a commitment to craving impact, you will be expected to deliver significant results by:
- Operationalize the channel – Design, implement, and continuously improve the processes, workflows, and tools that enable our team of financial coaches to deliver high‑quality coaching at scale.
- Build and lead the team – Hire, onboard, train, and manage a growing team of financial coaches and trainers. Define the training model and build internal capabilities to reduce dependency on external providers.
- Own operational KPIs – Define and monitor the metrics that matter – NPS, number of coachings delivered, team capacity, and productivity.
- Ensure service quality – Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into operational processes, scripts, workflows, and controls – enabling the evolution of the financial training model.
- Partner with Business & Tech – Collaborate with the Growth and Tech teams on CRM setup and tooling to support service delivery and client management.
You will lead and mentor high‑performing teams, collaborate closely with peers with structured communication and transparency, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and ownership.

- Solid operations management background – Process design, workflow optimization, capacity planning, and flawless execution.
- Proven people management experience – A track record of successfully hiring, training, and coaching high‑performing teams.
- Pragmatic, implementation‑oriented mindset – You are a hands‑on builder who simply gets things done.
- Financial industry fluency – A basic understanding of wealth and financial services (you don’t need to be a financial advisor, but you need to speak the language fluently).
- CRM & Tech Savviness – Familiarity with CRM systems and a clear vision of how to leverage them operationally to support service delivery.
- Regulatory Translation – The ability to seamlessly translate complex regulatory and compliance requirements into operational processes and practical team workflows.
- Strategic planning exposure – Exposure to strategic planning or business development contexts is considered a distinct plus.

Initial salary: Starting from €80,000 gross per annum
This baseline is set using objective, gender‑neutral criteria for the role’s core requirements. However we do not believe in putting a ceiling on talent. The final compensation package is tailored according to your unique experience and expertise.
