Procurement teams manage trillion-euro spend every year, yet still rely on emails and spreadsheets . We’re building the tech stack they deserve, the same way Sales got Salesforce and HR got Workday.

The Role

We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Intern to join our team and help us scale our go-to-market engine. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Lead across paid and organic acquisition, events, CRM, and analytics.

This isn’t a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll own real workstreams, get your hands dirty with actual campaigns and data, and see how marketing works inside a fast-moving AI startup selling to manufacturing companies.

What You’ll Do

You will support the Marketing Lead in activities like:

· Paid acquisition : help plan, launch, and optimize online advertising campaigns and monitor performance

· Organic growth: contribute to SEO/GEO strategy, support to the website building and positioning, help shape our social media presence

· Events: help plan and manage events, tradefairs, webinars, hackathons

· Marketing Automation: support HubSpot management, creation of email nurturing sequences and automations, lead scoring

· Analytics & Reporting: help building and maintaining dashboards to track campaign and channel performance, and help to craft monthly and quarterly reporting

What We Offer

• Salary: €750/month

• Ticket Restaurant: 10€/working day (basically 200€/month extra)

• Mode: Remote / Hybrid (our office is located in Milan, close to Porta Garibaldi railway station)
