Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates on intangible aspects through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, and offers various services to its network, such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology. /p h3Who We're Looking For /h3 pFor our Credit Department within the Finance function at our Turin Headquarters, we are looking for a Credit Collector with proven experience in credit collection and credit management. /p h3Key Responsabilities /h3 ul liMonitor the credit portfolio and manage collection activities; /li liAssess customers’ creditworthiness and identify potential risks of default; /li liManage customer relationships regarding the recovery of outstanding amounts; /li liConduct negotiations and define repayment plans where necessary; /li liCollaborate with internal departments, particularly Sales and Customer Service, as well as with field agents; /li liMonitor collection performance and contribute to reducing payment times; /li liPrepare reports and analyses related to credit positions. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required /h3 ul liAt least b5 years /bof experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations; /li liFluent English, both written and spoken; /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite; /li liKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365; /li liStrong analytical and negotiation skills; /li liProactive and dynamic approach; /li liGood interpersonal skills and a strong teamwork attitude; /li liExperience in international and/or multinational environments. /li /ul pSalary Package: from approximately € 27.839 up to a maximum of € 33.000, depending on the overall assessment of the candidate's profile and the position, plus a range of company benefits. /p pBasicNet is committed to creating a supportive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and open dialogue, welcoming every voice and idea.
