KI-Experte für Workflow-Automatisierung und Sprachmodelle (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben, die auf Dich warten:- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Workflows zur Integration von KI in bestehende Systeme
- Training, Optimierung und Deployment von Large Language Models (z. B. GPT, BERT, LLaMA) für verschiedene Anwendungsfälle
- Aufbau und Verbesserung von Pipelines zur Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen für AI-gestützte Lösungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Teams aus Gaming, Bildung und DevOps zur Integration von AI-Lösungen in Projekte
- Sicherstellung der Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit der entwickelten KI-Systeme
- Kontinuierliche Forschung zu Entwicklungen im Bereich der Künstlichen Intelligenz
- Evaluierung und Implementierung neuer Technologien und Ansätze in bestehende Lösungen
- Dokumentation der Ergebnisse in technischen Berichten und Schulungsunterlagen
- Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Stakeholder
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Mathematik, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Python
- Sehr gute Erfahrung in maschinellem Lernen und KI, insbesondere im Umgang mit großen Sprachmodellen
- Erfahrung mit Frameworks wie TensorFlow, PyTorch oder Hugging Face
- Know-how in der Optimierung und Skalierung von AI-Workflows sowie der Nutzung von Cloud-Diensten (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Erfahrung mit MLOps-Tools und der Automatisierung von Modellbereitstellungen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Reisebereitschaft 1-2 Kundenbesuche im Monat (Deutschlandweit)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mindestens C1
