La risorsa, riportando al Partner di riferimento della practice, si occuperà (i) di consulenza legale stragiudiziale nell'ambito della finanza di progetto, con focus sui settori energia, risorse naturali e infrastrutture, nonché (ii) di assistenza a istituzioni finanziarie e gruppi societari in operazioni di finanziamento domestiche e cross-border.
Competenze ed esperienza
La risorsa dovrà essere in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza a pieni voti;
- Abilitazione all'esercizio della professione forense;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno due anni in ambito Banking e/o Project Finance.
