This role is instrumental in shaping and reinforcing the company culture, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer focus, quality, performance, results, collaboration, and accountability. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliRepresent the company positively and professionally /liliDrive market share growth and increase market presence /liliPlan and execute sales promotion initiatives /liliAccountable for quarterly and annual quantitative and qualitative targets (budget and performance) /liliAssists physicians with Operating Room procedures when required /liliEnsure proactive customer engagement by assigned team members /liliStrategic and project-based support of selected key accounts (KOLs, existing and new customers) /liliCoordinate and ensure compliance with reporting standards and company policies /liliAnalyze and oversee sales and commercial budgets /liliEnsure incentive plan parameters are met /liliImplement effective customer segmentation /liliSupport product launches and customer onboarding /liliMonitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders /liliPlan and execute congress participation and presentations /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree (preferably in a scientific field) or medical/commercial training /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in Peripheral Vascular field in a similar position /liliSound business acumen /liliExcellent communication skills and professional demeanor /liliStrong analytical and conceptual thinking /liliGoal- and performance-oriented working style /liliSelf-motivated, responsible, and a strong team player /liliProficient in MS Office and other relevant software /liliWillingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays domestically and internationally /liliFluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken /li /ulpSalary range from 45k€ to 58k€ + sales incentives /ppCCNL Chimico Farmaceutico /ppArea of Responsability: Veneto - Trentino Alto Adige - Friuli Venezia Giulia ed Emilia Romagna /ph3Primary Work Location /h3pITA Milano - Via Enrico Cialdini /ph3Why Join Us? /h3pTo find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
