The most recent Financial Times rankings place it first in the world for custom executive education and sixth in Europe among business schools. /p pFor our Executive Programs, Research and Events Operation Office we are looking for a /p h3PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST /h3 pThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and championing our Executive Programs: she/he will learn to be the vital link between the School and our participants, working alongside the professional staff dedicated to orchestrating the operational success of all Executive Programs. She/he will help to set, organize and run the Executive Programs, ensuring seamless organizational support to Faculty as well as participants. /p pJoin us in crafting an exceptional educational journey! /p h3AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liProvide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences that resonate (e.g. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.); /li liDeliver an outstanding participant experience, ensuring a positive journey throughout the Program; /li liManage teaching materials and the Program's e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates; /li liCoordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars and course-related events; /li liManage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement; /li liCollaborate effectively with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree; /li li3-4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or a related field; /li liExcellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English; /li liInternational exposure through study, work, or other relevant experiences abroad; /li liStrong digital mindset and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platforms; /li liStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a people-oriented mindset; /li liProactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment; /li liTeam player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; /li liStrong service orientation and customer-centric approach. /li /ul h3Place Of Work /h3 pSDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10 - 20136 Milanbr/(3 days in office + up to 2 days of smart working after the first month) /p h3WE OFFER /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work in an international and highly qualified environment. /li liDirect exposure to the corporate and executive education ecosystem. /li liA context focused on innovation, quality, and academic excellence. /li liGross annual salary starting from €37.000 /li /ul pThe final compensation package will be defined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and overall professional background, in line with the University's fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory compensation principles. /p pBocconi is an equal opportunities employer.
