Position: Logistics & Planning Specialist

The successful candidate will coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries and accurate handling of logistics and customs documentation. The role involves working closely with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and logistics partners, monitoring shipments and proactively resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
  
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, including import/export and customs-related documents.
  
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  
• Organize and monitor ADR (dangerous goods) shipments in accordance with transportation requirements.
  
• Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues and delays.
  
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
  

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Order Management, or a similar role.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing logistics documentation.
  
• Knowledge of import/export processes, customs procedures, and international transportation.
  
• Familiarity with ADR shipments is considered a strong advantage.
  
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  

Location

Livorno, Italy.

Contract and Compensation

An initial three-month collaboration agreement , with the possibility of renewal, under the Italian collaborazione coordinata e continuativa (co.co.co.) framework. This is a collaboration arrangement, not a salaried employment contract.

The indicative gross monthly compensation is €2,400–€2,800 , depending on experience and skills.
