Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThis internship offers hands‑on experience with the Global Logistics Team, where you will assist the Global Logistics Excellence Manager with daily tasks such as: /p ul liThe carry-over of the Sea Change Project (Global TMS) /li liAnalyzing primary freight through a set of given KPIs while proposing action plans aimed at optimizing cost, service and sustainability /li liEvaluating and improving route‑to‑market strategies, streamlining the intercompany flows /li liMonitoring KPIs and enhancing dashboards for both primary freights and contract logistics /li liContributing to logistics related sustainability initiatives /li liAny other logistics project which will be launched during your tenure /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 pYou are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering. /p pYou have demonstrated interest in the field through academic coursework, university projects or case studies related to Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Previous internship or work experience is a plus if relevant, but not mandatory. /p pEnglish (written and spoken) is essential for this role. /p h3Functional Technical Skills /h3 ul liYou have a basic understanding of end‑to‑end logistics flows (inbound, outbound, intercompany) and are curious about how companies collaborate with Freight Forwarders for transportation management /li liYou are interested in KPI frameworks for logistics performance and want to learn how these translate into dashboards and operational analysis /li liYou are comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to clean datasets, build simple analyses (lookups, pivots, basic charts), and create concise, executive‑ready slides for updates and reviews /li liYou are familiar with—or motivated to learn—SAP environments (e.g., S/4HANA) and logistics modules such as Transportation Management (TM) to understand order‑to‑cash flows, track trace and freight settlement basics. /li liYou’re excited to learn how a global logistics network is structured (e.g., consolidation hubs, domestic distribution centers, plant warehouses) and how 3PLs operate within it. /li liYou work effectively with teams and partners to support data collection, documentation, and improvements, allowing more focus on strategic projects. /li /ul h3Soft Skills Behaviors /h3 ul liYou work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across functions and contributing positively to shared problem‑solving and continuous improvement efforts. /li liYou communicate clearly and professionally, whether sharing updates, asking clarifying questions, or coordinating with internal stakeholders involved in logistics operations and data activities. /li liYou demonstrate reliability and ownership, delivering assigned tasks on time, managing priorities responsibly, and supporting the team during peak workload periods or urgent requests. /li liYou remain open to feedback, showing a willingness to learn, adjust your approach, and adopt new tools or processes as the logistics environment evolves. /li liYou show strong curiosity and proactiveness, seeking to understand how global logistics processes fit together and taking initiative to explore data, tools, and documentation when guidance is provided. /li liYou adapt well to changing priorities, embracing the dynamic nature of global logistics where projects, analyses, or operational focuses can shift quickly. /li /ul h3Interview Timeline /h3 pAt Campari Group, we are committed to offering our candidates a clear and transparent selection journey.
