Product Development Innovation /b /h3 ul liConduct patent and literature reviews to define project scopes and problem statements. /li liDevelop project plans, test formulations on a lab scale, and extrapolate them to production processes. /li liDesign, monitor, and analyze fire test programs to meet high-standard building and industry requirements. /li liSource new raw materials to enhance product performance, lower costs, and reduce the CO2 footprint. /li liCollaborate with internal experts, operations, universities, suppliers, and external partners. /li liTrain stakeholders on technologies/product performance and support grant and patent applications. /li /ul h3b2. Project Portfolio Management /b /h3 ul liLead projects by defining scope with sponsors, conducting risk analyses, and preparing decision meetings. /li liManage project databases and development plans in alignment with company project management standards. /li liCoordinate and delegate tasks within the team, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. /li liReport progress clearly to stakeholders and proactively provide mitigation plans for potential delays. /li liOversee laboratory management, including equipment and personnel coordination. /li /ul h3b3. Technical Assistance Support /b /h3 ul liClarify and define technical requests from internal and external stakeholders. /li liOversee material technology and performance for the assigned portfolio (Intumescent, lamination, extrusion, injection molding). /li liDefine, perform, or commission specific analyses and tests. /li liEvaluate test results and deliver conclusive technical reports to Quality Control (QC), production sites, and business units. /li /ul h3b4. Safety Environmental Compliance /b /h3 ul liReport hazardous situations, accidents, or safety system failures and participate in investigations. /li liProperly utilize laboratory materials, work equipment, hazardous products, and personal protective equipment (PPE). /li liActively contribute to prevention and environmental policies, maintaining compliance with corporate standards. /li /ul h3bWhat you'll bring /b /h3 ul liMaster of science (e.g. in material engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering) /li li3-5 years in a similar role /li liEnglish language proficiency at B2 level (required) – confident communication in an international environment. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). /li liAbility to use ERP systems (experience with SAP is a plus). /li liVery good knowledge on modelling related to building materials systems and validation of it with test data. /li liVery good knowledge on Artificial Intelligence /li liGood knowledge on behaviour of building materials and building performances /li liExcellent organizational skills – task prioritization, independence, and a sense of responsibility. /li liVery good communication and interpersonal skills – ease of building good relationships, politeness, professional conduct. /li liAbility and willingness to work with people – teamwork within an international and cross-functional environment. /li liFlexibility and adaptability to changing conditions. /li liOpenness to learning and personal development. /li liHigh work ethic, commitment to Etex values, safe workplace behaviors, and sustainability focus. /li /ul pAt Etex we believe that it's not about who I report to, or who reports to me.
