This role allow you to gain hands-on experience in sales analysis, data interpretation, and strategy formulation to enhance sales performance and revenue growth. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliAnalyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. /liliPrepare and present regular reports on sales performance. /liliCollaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and set performance targets. /liliConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and market opportunities. /liliAssist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share. /liliWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. /liliUtilize data visualization tools and software to create dashboards and presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations. /liliSupport ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed to address specific business questions or challenges. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills Key Requirements /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, or related field. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. /liliAvailability to work on-site (Parco Gessi, Serravalle Sesia, Piedmont). /liliExcellent communication and presentation skill. /liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. /liliPrior internship in sales, marketing, or analytics is a plus. /liliKnowledge of CRM systems and data visualization tools desirable. /li /ulpbr/ppGessi guarantees equal opportunities.
