IT Product Manager

Join us in Genoa as IT Product Manager – Order & Offer Management Systems and take ownership of high-impact digital solutions that power one of the most strategic platforms in our shore ecosystem.In this role, you will shape and drive the evolution of the Order & Offer Management System (O&OMS), a mission-critical platform orchestrating the end-to-end cruise reservation process — including cabin sales, transportation, and ancillary services. Partnering with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you will translate strategic needs into robust product capabilities that enable B2C and B2B revenue growth, scalability, and operational excellence across the sales ecosystem.Live your ambition.
