As one of Europe’s leading providers of Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is seeking a candidate for its Bologna office to join the ICT Department in support of the company’s Help Desk.
MAIN TASKS:
- First-level support for applications and the company’s hardware infrastructure, managing the support service for on-site and off-site staff remotely, and handling the collection of reports, managing IT and telecommunications requests, and resolving related issues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or degree in IT or related technical disciplines
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in large organisations or consultancy firms
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language would be an advantage
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organise one’s own work and manage time
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

TRAINING

On-the-job training is also important and involves immediate, direct contact with the market.
