ITS Governance and FinOps Specialist

ppSupport the ITS Function in managing IT financial processes — including procurement support, data entry, budget tracking and administrative activities — while progressively developing autonomy and coordination skills. /ppAdditionally, the role will contribute to the management of cloud financial resources, supporting the adoption of FinOps practices and ensuring effective cost monitoring and optimization. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3pShe/He will be responsible for: /pulliSupporting IT finance administration (Purchase Requisitions, POs, invoices); /liliContributing to periodic reporting activities using tools such as Power BI; /liliMonitoring IT expenditures and budget forecasting activities; /liliSupporting chargeback and re‑charge activities; /liliEnsuring accuracy and consistency of financial data; /liliCoordinating small groups of colleagues to ensure task allocation and respect for deadlines; /liliDemonstrating autonomy and proactive organization of assigned activities; /liliMonitoring and analyzing cloud spending across multiple providers (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP); /liliContributing to cost optimization initiatives, including rightsizing, identification of unused resources, and selection of cost‑efficient services; /liliCollaborating with technical and finance teams to support the adoption of FinOps practices. /li /ulh3Functional Knowledge and minimum experience: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or equivalent; /lili1–2 years of experience in Finance Controlling or IT administration; /liliProficiency in English, both written and spoken; /liliBasic knowledge of Finance and Procurement; /liliFamiliarity with Excel and Microsoft Office tools; /liliBasic understanding of project management principles; /liliBasic knowledge of cloud computing cost models (e.g., pay-as-you-go, reserved instances); /liliBasic familiarity with cloud billing tools and dashboards. /li /ulh3Soft Skills: /h3ulliWillingness to learn and grow; /liliAnalytical mindset and attention to detail; /liliEffective communication and proactive attitude; /liliAbility to coordinate small workgroups; /liliAbility to work autonomously and organize tasks efficiently; /liliWillingness to travel abroad independently. /li /ulh3Employment terms: /h3pThe role is classified at Level B under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico). /ppThe guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.110,62. /ppThe overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
