Senior Associate, Transaction Services

As a Senior Associate in Kroll’s Transaction Advisory Services, you support buy-side and sell-side deals with rigorous financial analysis to inform investment decisions. You’ll work with private equity and corporate clients in a global, fast-paced environment, learning quickly and collaborating with senior team members. The role blends financial due diligence, trend analysis, and report preparation to identify risks, opportunities, and value creation. This is an opportunity to shape deal outcomes in a top-tier advisory context.

• Prepare in-depth financial analysis of financial statements to identify transaction risks and opportunities
• Examine historical trends and fluctuations, including non-recurring items
• Contribute to assessing normalized EBITDA, net debt adjustments and working capital trends
• Contribute to report-writing and client deliverables
• Support, assist and train junior team members

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or Financial Audit
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams
• Flexibility to travel, as required
