Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in goods loading and unloading operations.
• Manage internal handling of materials and finished products.
• Organize and optimize warehouse spaces, ensuring efficiency, order, and safety.
• Collaborate with production departments and the shipping office to ensure proper flow management.
• Monitor stock levels and support periodic inventory activities.
• Use management systems for recording and controlling movements.
• Coordinate warehouse staff, promoting a collaborative and results‑oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in metalworking or manufacturing environments.
• English language proficiency required.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse dynamics and operational logistics.
• Ability to operate forklifts and handling equipment.
• Practical attitude, initiative, and on‑the‑ground leadership.
• Basic knowledge of IT and management tools.

Benefits

Compensation range for this role is €35,100.00 - €43,900.00. Across our Italian locations, we typically offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package aligned with the applicable National Collective Labor Agreements (CCNL), either within the Wood & Furniture Industry or the Metalworking Industry, depending on the role and site. Compensation generally includes monthly salary payments, with potential additional fixed annual payments and performance‑based bonuses. Depending on location, additional benefits may include a company canteen or meal vouchers, as well as CCNL‑related welfare provisions.
