Experteer Overview In this role you drive sub-regional sales strategy for Southern Europe, leading a cross-country team to achieve targets and maximize profitability. You build strategic customer and partner relationships, identify new business, and push cross-selling across France, Spain, Italy and Türkiye. You balance hands‑on leadership with high‑level P&L accountability, shaping growth in telecom, data centers and industrial sectors. You’ll work in a global, collaborative environment focusing on sustainable, energy‑efficient solutions. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and execute a sub-regional sales strategy with short-, mid-, and long-term plans Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, partners, end operators, and suppliers; expand key accounts and pursue new opportunities Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance Identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement and needs analysis Drive cross-selling initiatives across Southern Europe Hold full accountability for P&L performance within the area Responsabilità Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 8-10 years of proven sales experience with multi-country responsibility Solid experience in Telecom, Data Centers, or Industrial sectors Strong leadership and people development skills in an international environment Deep market knowledge including industry trends (AI, ORAN) Customer-focused with strong communication and strategic partnership skills Fluent in English and either Italian or Spanish Willingness to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
