Experteer Overview

In this role, you will contribute to the Compressor Development department to advance Ansaldo Energia products. You will address mechanical integrity for compressor components and ensure structural and dynamic requirements are met. You’ll develop and validate computational tools and actively grow the technical capabilities of the team. The work combines hands‑on engineering with cross‑functional collaboration to support transformative power generation technology.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Develop mechanical integrity solutions for compressor components (blades, vanes, and other structural elements)
• Ensure parts meet/exceed static and dynamic structural requirements

• Participate in validation campaigns

Responsabilità

• Willingness to learn and passion for mechanical integrity topics (linear/non-linear, static/dynamic problems, computational mechanics)
• Experience with FE tools (e.g., ANSYS); CAD modelling; programming (MATLAB, Python, C++) is a plus
• Availability to travel globally; good knowledge of Italian and English
• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (e.g., Civil or Naval Engineering)
