In dieser Rolle treiben Sie die Automatisierung von Post-Trade- und Middle-Office-Prozessen voran, indem Sie Anforderungen aus der Kundensicht bündeln und die Produktvision zusammen mit dem Team umsetzen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktmanagement, Vertrieb und Endnutzern zusammen, um Lösungen effektiv zu demonstrieren und marktreife Roadmaps zu liefern. Sie gestalten Demo-Umgebungen und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, Wettbewerbsvorteile zu sichern. Der Fokus liegt auf der Digitalisierung von Wertströmen im Kapitalmarkt und der kontinuierlichen Erweiterung des Produktportfolios.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt und Kunde: Anforderungen aufnehmen und Endnutzer-Integration sicherstellen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktteam zur Definition der Vision und Roadmap; regelmäßige Updates an Kunden
- Erstellung und Überwachung technischer Spezifikationen für die Produktentwicklung
- Verantwortung für die Kundendemo-Umgebung für Post-Trade-Automatisierungstools
- Pre-Sales-Unterstützung: Demos vorbereiten/führen; Fachkompetenz in Kundengesprächen
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse; Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Marktdifferenzierung
- Einbindung aktueller Nutzer in neue Features; CRM-Dokumentation der Kommunikation
- Kunden- und Stakeholder-Management auf Führungsebene in relevanten Gesprächen
- Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und Remote-Teams zur Umsetzung von Produktinitiativen
- Nachhaltige Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Nutzerrückmeldungen in der Produktentwicklung
- Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Post-Trade-/Middle-Office-Automatisierung
- Erfahrung im Middle Office und mit Endnutzern von Automatisierungslösungen; Kundendemos
- Bachelor/Master in Informatik/Ingenieurwissenschaften
- Ausgezeichnete betriebswirtschaftliche und technische Kenntnisse im Post-Trade-/Middle-Office-Bereich
- Technisches Know-how zum Aufbau und Betrieb einer Demo-Umgebung
- Glaubwürdige Kommunikation auf Führungsebene mit Kunden/Interessenten
- Fließendes Englisch; weitere europäische Sprachen wünschenswert
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten in Anforderungserhebung, Spezifikationserstellung, Produktdesign und Roadmapping
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Bereitschaft, sich über neue Produkte/Marktentwicklungen zu informieren
- Ausgeprägte Kooperationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und Remote-Teams
